Beauty Stuff

Asian cosmetics (esp. Korean) are my favorites. They're good quality and adorably packaged- and just seem to work a lot better for me. I love browsing online, reading reviews and scouting new releases almost as much as trying the actual products!
Here's some of my ongoing skin type info for reference:

July 2014
  • A month since I started using Bragg's organic apple cider vinegar (1 part to 3 parts filtered H2O) as toner a.m. and p.m., followed by Etude House Wonder Pore Freshner
  • HUGE improvement in cystic acne (I actually only have one spot at the moment)
  • Blackheads and papules reduced and easier to extract- even the super stubborn ones on my chin
  • A little smoother texture overall
  • WOOHOO!

May 2014
  • Controllable acne (red, cystic) but tons of tiny blackheads EVERYWHERE but they do diminish with oil cleansing.
  • Rough, bumpy texture. Cobblestone. *waaaaaah!* Probably *sigh* aging. And maybe from not finding anything to keep my face moisturized long-term without blackheads and breakouts.

Sept. 2013
  • Less acne!!! Scattered spots instead of clusters. *ewwww*
  • Less dry
  • Still super blackhead-y >.<
 July 2013
  • MAC NC20 (neck), slightly lighter face
  • Sensitive
  • Severely dry
  • Blackheads
  • Cystic acne patches
  • Redness
